Job Description
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information while partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve commercial performance.Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decision-making
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Analysing financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities
- Providing meaningful variance analysis and recommendations
- Supporting business cases, investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with senior finance colleagues on strategic projects
The Successful Applicant
We’re looking for someone who is:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Commercially minded with proven analytical skills
- Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business
- Proactive, curious and keen to influence decision-making
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
What’s on Offer
- Salary of £55,000 – £60,000
- Hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite in Warrington
