People Partner: Drive HR Impact on a UK Infrastructure Project

Sizewell C Company is seeking a proactive People Partner to join the HR team in the Suffolk area, with 2–3 days in the office and occasional travel to London. You’ll advise across the full employee lifecycle and work with the People Business Partners to support payroll and Employee Services teams.

You’ll manage employee relations, performance, and workforce planning while developing HR policies and reporting. A CIPD qualification is ideal, with SAP/MyHR experience valued.
