An exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join an international business in a role combining end-to-end recruitment with strategic process improvement.

The Role

• Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and market insights.
• Improve recruitment processes, systems, reporting and automation.
• Enhance candidate experience, employer brand and culture assessments.
• Build talent pipelines and drive inclusive hiring practices.

About You

• 5+ years’ Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics and process improvement.
