Global HR Operations Coordinator – Onboarding & Systems

Lumon is seeking a People Operations lead to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across our growing international team. You will manage onboarding, visa checks, and data quality across Cintra, Team Tailor, and payroll interfaces.

You’ll provide first-line people support, drive performance documentation, run engagement surveys, and help shape company policies. The role combines hands-on administration with process improvements in a fast-paced, globally expanding environment.
