HR Business Partner – Employee Relations Lead (Travel)

The Housing Executive in Belfast is recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the delivery of business objectives through expert HR solutions and timely advice. The role focuses on grievance, dignity at work, discipline and attendance management within assigned business areas.

You will be expected to bring substantial HR experience, professional CIPD membership or progression, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy. Regular travel across NI is required.
