Construction Talent Acquisition Partner — Hybrid (6-Month)

Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term 6‑month contract starting in November. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for Delivery and Construction roles, advising hiring managers across the North with hands-on sourcing and stakeholder partnerships.

You will use direct sourcing across LinkedIn, pools and job boards, run assessment centres in the Manchester area, and build proactive talent pipelines.
