Hybrid HR Business Partner: Employee Relations & Talent

PD&MS Energy (Aberdeen) Ltd. is seeking an HRCL Business Partner to join our HRCL Team in Aberdeen on a full-time basis with a flexible hybrid working model (2 days remote).

You will provide HR expertise to support business objectives, oversee HRCL activities across PD&MS Group companies, and drive effective employee relations. The role covers talent management, performance reviews, learning and development, compensation, compliance, and organisational development.
