Microsoft Security & SecOps Analyst-Hybrid, Flexible Hours

Talantir is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst in Solihull on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on hands-on security operations with a strong Microsoft orientation, taking ownership of the organisation’s security posture and driving improvements with autonomy.

You will monitor Defender and Sentinel, implement recommendations across Azure, M365, AD, Dynamics, Power Apps and SQL, and report progress to senior stakeholders while aligning with ISO 27001, NIST and other frameworks.
