Venn Group’s specialist legal recruitment team is supporting a respected law firm in Leeds with the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Locum. This ongoing assignment offers an immediate start, a busy caseload, and the opportunity to provide valuable support to an established property department.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion




• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions




• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly

About You

• Experienced in handling residential conveyancing matters independently




• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner




• Able to start at short notice and work effectively within a fast-paced office environment

• Rate: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
