Venn Group’s specialist legal recruitment team is supporting a respected law firm in Leeds with the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancing Locum. This ongoing assignment offers an immediate start, a busy caseload, and the opportunity to provide valuable support to an established property department.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly
About You
Experienced in handling residential conveyancing matters independently
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
Able to start at short notice and work effectively within a fast-paced office environment
Key Details
Rate: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
Location: Leeds
