The International Maritime Organization (IMO) is a specialized agency of the UN responsible for the safety and security of shipping and the prevention of marine pollution by ships. The Conference Division supports the organization’s global meetings and events.

To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and the Conference Division, with established experience in handling schedules, correspondence, and logistics for high-level meetings in an international context.
