ACRE Hospitality in Covent Garden is seeking a Floor Manager for Nettle, our rooftop restaurant. You will lead service from the floor, direct the team, and ensure a warm, well‑organised guest experience, coordinating with kitchen and bar to maintain smooth operations.

Reporting to the Nettle General Manager, you’ll support labour planning, uphold high service standards, and coach colleagues to build confidence and skills. Levy UK & Ireland employs you as part of the ACRE team at The Conduit.
