Digital Transformation Lead – Health & Wellbeing (Hybrid)

Wigan Council is seeking a transformation professional to lead health and wellbeing improvements across the Borough. You will drive prevention initiatives, digital solutions and service redesign to make it easier for residents to access support and reduce health inequalities.

Working across Public Health, the NHS, voluntary sector and providers, you will shape a modern, resident-focused prevention offer and deliver measurable improvements while operating in a flexible, hybrid working environment.
