Associate Quality Improvement Advisor (12-Month Secondment)

NHS Scotland is recruiting to the post of Associate Quality Improvement Advisor (AQIA) on a fixed-term or secondment basis for 12 months. Based at Waverley Court, Edinburgh, you will lead quality improvement initiatives within NHS Lothian and work with nursing colleagues to drive safe and effective patient care.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassionate leadership, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to values and strategic plan implementation.
