Store Operations & Customer Experience Manager

Sainsbury’s Ripon is recruiting a Customer and Trading Manager to lead a small management team and run the store operations daily. You’ll be hands-on, ensuring product availability, safety standards, and seamless customer service while driving performance and KPI results.

You’ll supervise performance, coordinate scheduling and pay, and be ready to step in as the primary on-site manager to keep the store operating smoothly and delivering an excellent customer experience.
