Lead Site Manager – Residential Homes (Flexible Working)

Bellway, a leading UK housebuilder, is seeking a Site Manager for a high-volume residential development in West Sussex. You will report to the Construction Manager and oversee all aspects of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-focused delivery within timescales.

You will lead on health and safety, material and labour coordination, and liaise with internal departments, NHBC/LABC, and customers to deliver homes that meet high standards of quality and service.
