The Opportunity
I’m currently working with a well-established and growing commercial finance brokerage based in Leicester, who are looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial Finance Broker to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in commercial finance who enjoys building relationships, identifying funding solutions and generating new business.

The Role
As a Commercial Finance Broker, you’ll be responsible for working with businesses to understand their funding requirements and sourcing suitable finance solutions through a panel of lenders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
- Understanding clients’ funding requirements and recommending suitable finance solutions.
- Managing finance applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Generating new business opportunities and developing a strong pipeline.
- Negotiating competitive terms with lenders to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Working towards individual sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
About You
We’re keen to speak with individuals who have:
- Previous experience within commercial finance, asset finance, business loans or a similar financial services environment would be advantageous but not essential.
- A strong sales background and a passion for building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- The ability to manage their own pipeline and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine desire to progress and build a successful career within commercial finance.
