Nightshift Store Operations Leader

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead overnight replenishment and oversee store operations from 22:00 to 08:00. You will ensure safety, organize deliveries, and prepare shelves for morning trade.

You’ll coach and manage colleagues, monitor KPIs, handle disciplinary matters, and maintain payroll accuracy, with a strong emphasis on customer service and inclusivity in a high‑volume environment.
