Location: Glasgow Centre – Hybrid role with a minimum of 60% of your week in the Centre. There is an expectation to travel to partner sites as and when required

As Head of Delivery, you will oversee programme performance across your region, ensuring high-quality services that deliver meaningful outcomes for young people.
This fully funded role runs until June 2028 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a major employability programme supporting young people across the UK.
We’re looking for an experienced operational leader who can hit the ground running and bring a track record of leading large-scale services, programmes or contracts. You may come from employability, skills, education, welfare-to-work, youth services, the charity sector, local government or other customer-focused environments where performance, quality and outcomes are key.
