Senior Night Shift Leader – Food Factory

Greencore Spalding Meals in Spalding is recruiting a Senior Section Leader for the night shift. You will supervise a defined team to ensure products meet quality standards while controlling costs, under CCP, GMP and Health & Safety rules, reporting to the Production Manager.

You will also stand in as Production Manager during absences. The role is site-based with 4 on 4 off B Nights, 18:00–06:00, and offers a competitive salary, night shift allowance, pension contributions, life cover up to 4x
