Head of Food & Store Operations

Sainsbury’s in Leeds is seeking a Lead Food Manager to steer the grocery shop floor with a hands-on leadership style. You will coach a team of food managers, drive store standards, and own day-to-day operations to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You’ll use data and KPI insights to improve performance, manage complex people matters with fairness, and lead the store in the absence of senior leadership while building an inclusive, high-performing team for a busy retail environment.
