Facilities Manager – Soft & Hard FM Leader, Compliance

Sodexo Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead Soft FM services while partnering with the Hard FM team. You will ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery, driving quality and cost-effectiveness across facilities operations on site.

Ideal candidates will have FM experience, strong leadership, budgeting skills and excellent stakeholder communication. NEBOSH and ISO Internal Auditor familiarity are desirable as part of the role.
