Deputy Ward Manager – Lead in Community Care (Band 6)

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager (Band 6) to support Newport Community Wards at Royal Gwent Hospital. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, mentoring staff and coordinating care to meet patient needs, with management duties in the Ward Manager’s absence.

The role emphasises evidence-based practice, professional development, and flexible working where possible within NHS settings. Welsh language ability is desirable but not essential.
