Account Manager: Customer Success & Field Visits

SIVA Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our Southampton-based team. This hands-on role blends account management, customer service and commercial responsibility within a growing manufacturing business.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, coordinate orders from enquiry through delivery and invoicing, and work with production, planning and logistics to keep orders on track. Occasional client visits are involved.
