Pig and Butcher Islington is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section within a busy kitchen, delivering dessert creations that elevate our rustic, country-style menu. You will be confident running your own station and developing new desserts for the menu.
You will pitch dishes to the menu, train and motivate the pastry team, and work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high health and safety standards while delivering exceptional patisserie.
