Head Chef: Create Seasonal Menus & Lead a Dynamic Kitchen

Young’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen in a busy pub with rooms in the heart of the community. You will craft menus with seasonal, local produce, and drive the food vision across revenue streams. The role is hands-on, creative, and focused on delivering quality dishes with strong cost controls.

You’ll inspire and develop the kitchen team, manage GP and labour, and participate in training and masterclasses. The position offers autonomy and opportunities to advance within Premium Pubs.
