Transition Teacher (Fixed Term) – Across Primary & Secondary

The Drummond Learning Community is seeking a Transition Teacher to work across Abbeyhill Primary School, Broughton Primary School, Leith Walk Primary School and Drummond Community High School. This fixed-term post runs until 29 June 2027 and offers 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

The role supports learning in Literacy, Numeracy and Health and Wellbeing, with a focus on pupils from P7 to S1 and extending to P5–S3.
