Hybrid DSAT Training Specialist – Defence

Raytheon UK is seeking a DSAT Specialist to support development for training materials at our Winnersh site. The role requires expertise in Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and the ability to design DSAT artefacts in line with CMDC processes.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure outputs meet JSP 822 standards while aligning with customer needs. Occasional travel to Reading may be required.
