Executive Kitchen Manager: Menu, Team & Cost Control

Benugo is seeking a Chef Manager to lead all kitchen operations at our Kingston upon Thames site, ensuring menu execution, team development, and strict adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.

You will work with the General Manager to manage labour costs, control budgets and costs, drive sales, and ensure high food quality and consistency for John Lewis customers, while delivering excellent service on shift.
