Head Chef – Lead Creative Dining at Award-Winning Hotel

The Tempus, part of The Doxford Group, is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver award-winning guest experiences. This hands-on leadership role focuses on menu development, staff coaching and maintaining high culinary standards.

You will work closely with the Group Head Chef, manage food cost, quality and service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, while inspiring a positive, inclusive brigade and upholding hygiene and safety at all times.
