School Business Manager: Lead Operations & Finance

The Farnley Academy is recruiting a Business Manager to oversee the business support team, including admin, finance, premises, HR and health and safety. You will advise the Principal and Governing Body on non-teaching activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations that support pupils’ educational experience.

We seek a candidate with a Level 4 Diploma in SBM (or willingness to work towards) and strong ICT, HR, and communication skills, with adaptability to change within a trusting academy
