Senior Early Years & Family Support Lead | Outreach

Senploy is seeking a Senior Early Years & Family Support Practitioner for an established Children’s Centre in East London. The role starts immediately and focuses on delivering a range of activities, outreach work and family support services to children and parents.

You will work with health visitors, therapists and schools, coordi­nating referrals and multi‑agency support from day one, while building strong relationships with families and partner services.
