Forensic Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach – Day Shift

Rethink Mental Illness is recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Coach to work on the Ridgeway, Roseberry Park Hospital site within secure forensic inpatient wards in Teesside. The role forms part of an Integrated Care Mental Health team delivering low-level therapeutic interventions and supporting clients in self-management of recovery.

Responsibilities include 1:1 support, psychoeducation, grounding, and facilitating group activities, with supervision from a Senior HWBC.
