Healthcare Assistant – Compassionate Nursing Support

Severn Hospice in Shrewsbury seeks a Nursing Support role to assist the trained nursing team in implementing individualised care programmes for patients’ comfort, safety and dignity at all times, in accordance with current risk assessments and care plans.

You will work closely with volunteers, provide practical help to relatives, record observations, attend training, share handovers, and act as an ambassador for Severn Hospice while rotating across shifts to support nursing care.
