Band 6 Mental Health Keyworker – Caseload & Recovery Lead

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a committed Band 6 Keyworker to join our Mental Health Team in Aylesbury, UK. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

You will hold a caseload, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
