Early Years Educator: Growth, Training & Progression

Family Adventures Group in Penarth, Wales, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to provide high-quality care and EYFS-based learning for children aged 0–5. You will work with the room team under the Nursery Manager to support development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a starting rate of £13 per hour. A Level 3 in Childcare and strong safeguarding values are required, with commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
