Night Support Specialist – Independent Living

Seco Support in Hereford is seeking dedicated support workers to assist Aaron, a young man with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, in a home setting. The role focuses on structured activities, safety, and positive engagement within a compassionate team.

We offer induction, ongoing paid training, and a supportive environment. A full UK driving licence is preferred; applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
