Community Support Worker Flexible Hours

Sirona care & health is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist service users in their homes and communities. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including physiotherapists and nurses to deliver nursing tasks, rehabilitation and personal care, helping people live independently and improve quality of life.
