Patient Advisor & Medical Receptionist (FT/PT) – GP Practice

NHS Scotland is seeking a friendly Patient Advisor / Medical Receptionist for a split-site GP Practice in Glasgow. The role involves patient contact, appointment management and a range of administrative tasks to support daily operations.

You will need excellent communication skills, good IT abilities, and a calm, flexible approach to work. EMIS/VISION/Docman experience is desirable but training will be provided.
