Woodlands Care Centre is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle-Activities Co-ordinator to join their family-friendly residential home, caring for people with dementia.
The Activities Co-ordinator will motivate and mobilise the team to provide stimulating activities within the resident environment, supporting the Lifestyle Lead to plan, promote and implement a meaningful activities programme. Role models relationship centred care to empower residents.
