Anchor Trinity Lodge in Coventry is seeking a Care Team Leader for 21 hours per week. You will oversee shifts, assign staff, and ensure high standards of care across residents in a 24-hour care setting.

Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will conduct medication procedures, carry out care assessments, and drive compliance with regulatory standards while supporting a positive, caring team environment.
