Fast-Paced Food Production Operator | 12-Hour Shifts

GEM Partnership is recruiting for production operatives in Seaham to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. You will work on production lines and rotate between day and night shifts, with 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Ideal candidates have a good can-do attitude, effective communication, and an organised approach to work. Previous production experience is desirable, and compliance with health, safety and quality standards is essential.
