Job Description:
West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is launching a 6-week training programme for Healthcare Support Workers. Selected individuals will be employed by the hospital during training and will transition into a Healthcare Support Worker role upon successful completion.
Shifts are 12.5 hours long, covering days, nights and weekends in a 24/7 ward-based pattern. Interviews occur Nov 10, 2026; start date is Jan 11, 2027. Opportunity for progression within the Trust.
