Qualified BSL Independent Living Support Worker

The Percy Hedley Foundation is seeking a qualified British Sign Language Independent Living Support Worker to assist two young men in their first home in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will support daily living, personal care, and help them engage with community activities to improve quality of life.

You will need a Level 1+ BSL qualification and a good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support. The role requires flexibility, teamwork and a person-centred approach in a regulated environment.
