Assertive Outreach OT for Community Mental Health

Central And North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join an Assertive Outreach pathway within a Community Mental Health Hub. The role involves delivering time-limited, occupationally focused interventions and working across homes and community settings to support recovery.

You will manage a small, high-intensity caseload, engage proactively, and collaborate with MDTs to reduce barriers to recovery and improve daily functioning.
