Public Health Family Nurse (0-5) – Somerset

Somerset County Council is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join the Public Health Nursing Service in Somerset. You will support the Healthy Child Programme from antenatal to age five, working under a Health Visitor’s guidance and travelling across Somerset to visit families in various settings.

You will assess needs, provide tailored health advice, and help safeguard and promote wellbeing for children and families in collaboration with partner agencies.
