Lead Caregiver & Team Lead – Care Home (Days/Nights)

Crooton Ltd is seeking a Senior Carer for a care home in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The role involves leading the care team, supervising and mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care.
