Senior Housing Support Lead for Young Adults

Barnardo’s is recruiting for a senior post to lead the Moving On service across four dispersed houses in Preston and Lancaster. You will work with young people aged 18-25, often alone, to support independent living skills while ensuring safety and accommodation standards.

The role requires coordinating move-ins/outs, managing staff, and safeguarding within multi-agency frameworks. Hybrid working and progressive benefits are offered.
