Senior Residential Care Worker – Shape Young Futures

Tower View in Foulridge, near Colne, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help young people with daily routines, school prep, and activity planning. You will ensure the on-shift team delivers high-quality care and report changes to management.

You will document updates in an electronic care recording system, support a warm home from home environment, and help young people engage in local clubs and activities. DBS checks are required.
