Community Nurse – Home Health & Wound Care

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Nantwich is hiring a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Nantwich Care Community Team. This 37.5-hour post covers a seven‑day service and focuses on assessment, planning and evaluation of holistic care in the community and wound care clinics.

You will work independently with a mentor during induction, demonstrate excellent communication, time management and IT skills, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
